Admission Procedure & Fee Structure 2025–26

Ocean Global School, Mangalore welcomes students for admission to Pre-KG to Grade VI for the academic year 2025-26.

1. Admission Criteria

• Pre-KG to UKG: First-come, first-served basis without any discrimination.
• Grades 1 to 5: Enrolment test (written and oral) to assess academic standing.

2. Classroom Capacity

• Pre-KG to Grade 2: Maximum 30 students per class
• Grades 3 to 5: Maximum 35 students per class

3. Class Allocation

• Pre-KG: 1 section
• LKG & UKG: 2 sections each
• Grade 1 to Grade 5: 1 section each

4. Admission Process

1. Registration through Online/Offline mode
2. Meeting with School Counsellor
3. Admission Form Submission (Pre-KG to UKG)
4. Enrolment Test (Grade 1 to 5)
5. Application Fee Payment – ₹500 (Non-refundable)
6. Acceptance of School Policies
7. Document Submission:
   • Child's Aadhar Card
   • Parents' Aadhar Cards
   • Photos – Child (3 passport, 1 stamp), Parents
   • Vaccination & Medical Certificates
   • Birth Certificate
   • Previous Year Report Card & TC (for Grade 1+)
8. Principal Approval
9. Payment of Fee – Tuition, Uniform, Books, Mess Advance

5. Initial Payment at Admission

• Sports and Arts Fee – 30%
• Mess Fees (First 3 months)
• Uniform & Books – Full
• Tuition Fees – 40%

6. Installment Dates

• 1st Installment – At Admission Time
• 2nd Installment – 16th to 30th September 2025
• 3rd Installment – 16th December 2025

7. Sibling Concession

10% discount on tuition fees for the second child (applicable only to the child in the higher class).
